Admissions & Enrollment

Admissions Process:

Admission to our program is just five simple steps. You should plan on begining the process two-three months before your anticipated "start date" to allow your choice of either an Integrated or Non-integrated Approved Training Program (ATP) provider and our staff to fully process your application materials, and arrange for financial aid or payments from the Veterans Administration, Title IV funding, grants, scholarships and other loan programs.

Step #1: Those interested in applying for our training programs must first register online to request the required application, enrollment and disclosure forms from us that we are required to send you by the New York State Department of Education.

To request the application packet via email, send your request to:   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

By law, we are required to have these forms physically on file so they need to be sent back to us by US Postal Service overnight express or priority mail to the following address:

Director of Admissions
ITS3 Cyber Security Institute, Inc.
PO Box 2166
Glens Falls, NY 12801-2166

Step #2: The next step is to apply and be accepted by one of our collegiate or university ATPs. Once accepted by one of our ATPs, you will need to send us a copy of your college or university acceptance letter back to us. This will be added to your application file.

Step #3: We will then help you complete all of your financial aid requests with your college or university and the student budget form we will provide you.  We need to make sure you receive all the benefits you are entitled to, and to guarantee that you will have all of your budget needs met for the academic year that lies ahead. Once you receive your financial aid award letter from your college or university, you will need to send us a copy of these forms as well to be added to your application file.

Step #4: When your application file is fully completed, only then can we process your application and we will notify you by e-mail of your final acceptance and your start date. Don't worry we accept all students as long as they have been accepted by one of our collegiate or university ATPs but we are required by the NY State Department of Education to follow this process for each student accepted in our program.

Step #5: You will then be assigned to one of our CGSC™ Guidance Counselors and he or she will be in touch with you by e-mail or phone to answer any final questions and to work with you directly as your begin your program.

Post-Admission Contact: For fastest response we strongly suggest that materials and contacts for information be processed and conducted via e-mail directly to your CGSC™ Guidance Counselor's e-Mail address and you may always send an inquiry anytime to the Director of Admissions office at:   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you prefer, you may feel free to call us anytime with questions!  However, because of the volume of calls we recieve, please be patient until we can get back in touch with you.
